<ul><li>The <a href="http://rdfer.com/explore">browsers</a> are slowly becoming usable. Today, we added hooks for basic faceted navigation. Simply click on the little <a href="http://semsol.com">SemSol</a> (sun) icons left to the entry values and an option menu to add or remove filters will appear. Additionally (or alternatively), you can use the search box for fulltext search.

<ul><li>Existing DOAP files can now be added to the public store.</li>
<li>Existing RSS 1.0 feed files are supported as well</li>
<li>FOAF files can be loaded, too</li>
<li>We started implementing the browsers. Well, the search doesn't work yet and even the pagination isn't implemented, but at least it's possible to (partly) see what's in the public store already.</li></ul>

<ul><li>The main navigation items were adjusted to be labelled more consistently.</li>
<li>The interesting update however happened in the new &quot;<a href="http://rdfer.com/create">Create</a>&quot; section where I activated a first prototype of an <a href="http://rdfer.com/create/software">editor for software descriptions</a>. It's not very rewarding yet as there is no RDF export or anything useful that can be done with the created descriptions, but that'll change soon.

Today, I activated the <a href="http://rdfer.com">RDFer.com</a> site. It is still a bit empty at the moment, but this will hopefully change soon. I wrote a little introduction about <a href="http://rdfer.com/site/about">what we try to achieve</a>, set up this site blog to report about development progress, and there is already a first article available in the <a href="http://rdfer.com/swk">SemWeb Kitchen</a>, which illustrates the basic motivation behind the Semantic Web idea: <a href="http://rdfer.com/swk/data-information-knowledge">Data - Information - Knowledge</a>.<br />

At least weekly updates should follow from now on.<br />
